Job Title: PHP Developer Terms of Employment: Temporary to hire, leading permanent
Experience: min. 1 year
Skills & Other :

Technoport is looking to hire a proficient, dynamic and highly motivated individual to help in the continued growth of the company. The individual chosen must be able to work well on their own and must have a strong proficiency to think and act on their own. In other words, the individual chosen must be able to take care of contracts with minimal supervision from the senior developers. Mentoring will be provided and large code repositories will be available to the chosen individual.

Duties involved will include the update and maintenance of existing websites/online web applications as well as the creation and finalization of new projects. The developer chosen must have an affinity for not only website creation but also the creation and maintenance of larger scale web applications. Knowledge of database design and project planning is a must. The developer chosen will be working hand in hand with other knowledgeable developers and will be part of a dynamic team of individuals working to create a strong online presence.

Work atmosphere is fun and slightly relaxed. No formal wear is required (unless a meeting with a client is scheduled) and the developer will not be over heavily burdened. That being said, the ability to meet tight deadlines and the ability to not be overwhelmed by large scale assignments is a must.

Atleast 1 year of PHP Development experience.
- Database design and implementation. Technoport uses MySQL for all of its needs but similar database knowledge is acceptable.
- XHTML and CSS knowledge is a must. Technoport is currently in the process of moving all HTML to XHTML Strict and very much prefers CSS layouts to tabular layouts.
- JavaScript knowledge or the drive to learn JavaScript is a definite bonus. Technoport has plenty of Ajax based projects that need attention. Code repositories are available but the ability to interact with, modify and maintain JavaScript code is a must.


Job Title: Marketing Professional Terms of Employment: Atleast 3 months
Experience: For the Junior role (0-3yrs exp), any marketing experience would do. However, for the Senior role (3-5yrs exp), Exp in IT Marketing is a must
Skills & Other : Candidate will be responsible for working directly with marketing team both in Calgary( Canada) & India.
Role & Responsibilities:
It's an independent role and has good scope to develop a team of 3-5 members over a short span of time (if you can).
Exploring new dimensions in the business and sustaining & maintaining the existing ones are core accountabilities of this role.


Job Title: Content Writer Terms of Employment: 6months
Experience: 0-3 yrs experience in writing for print and new media.
Skills & Other : You would be responsible to write contents for International as well as domestic clients; to develop unique content for web sites, optimize content for search engines; ensure Quality output and timely delivery; Create and Maintain records, documents,
You will also be responsible for Client Interaction and Coordination with other teams.
Desired Profile
1-3 yrs experience in writing for print and new media.
Formal degree in education preferably in media/English.
Developing unique content for web sites, optimizing content for search engines, etc.
Broad understanding of the various internet solutions and software languages & databases.
Good command of English and excellent writing skills/techniques.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in teams.
Adherence to quality standards and stipulated deadlines.


Job Title: PHP Developers/ Programmers Terms of Employment: Depends
Experience: Atleast 1-1.5 years
Skills & Other : Web application development using PHP, debugging of pre- developed PHP applications. Strong knowledge in PHP, MYSQL.

Experience- Atleast 1-1.5 years in PHP.Candidate should have adequate knowledge in the web domain.

Educations Qualifications :- UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers PG - Post Graduation Not Required


Job Title: Web Designer /Graphic Designer Terms of Employment: Freelance / part time web and graphic designer
Experience: Any
Skills & Other : Freelance / part time web and graphic designer for designing impressive web sites and Screens/ Icons for Web based Application Software, using Flash, HTML, DHTML, AJAX. Good command over Flash and Photoshop is desired. Designer can work from home
